Why FREE and Low Cost?
We believe that all small hotels should have access to quality software and that , the service should be as close to free as possible and that will be our end goal.

ReservEase provides a Property Management System and an email based room reservation request solution that is FREE to the small hotel and consumer; this system does not require an online merchant account. If your small hotel prefers to accept room reservations made by customers online and in real-time, using a credit card then you will require the use of an online Merchant account. At ReservEase we support ourselves by one of two ways. ReservEase can set-up your small hotel with your own online Merchant Account. This means that you simply pay the transactions costs of the merchant processor like you do for your offline credit card transactions. There are no fees charged to the customer. Alternatively, your small hotel can use the in-house merchant account provided by ReservEase. In this case ReservEase will charge the customer a small booking convenience fee. We have found that customers do not mind paying a small convenience fee to be able to book their accommodation right away, and this will increase your booking rate. We are trying to keep the software cost as low as possible and shift the cost of the software onto your customer or to make it entirely FREE. ReservEase will also charge the small hotel a small percentage of the transaction value in order to cover processing fees and costs associated with sending the balance of the deposit funds to the Small Hotel Owner which we do once per week via direct deposit into the small hotel’s bank account.

Property Management
Using the ReservEase Property Management system small hotels can manage online room availability, guest check –ins/out, reservation sales and calendaring system. The ReservEase Property Management system also comes with a complete reporting suite and because it is web based there is nothing to download and install.

Online Reservations
For both Small Hotel Directories and Small Hotels, ReservEase offers a complete email and real-time credit card based room reservation solution. Increase bookings and revenue and reduce administration costs by allowing customers to reserve a room online.
