Bill Mackenzie
Bill is the CFO for MacKenCo Consulting Inc. and currently has taken on the role of CFO for Calgary Technologies Inc which is a technology incubator. Bill is senior financial officer with achievements in: reporting, policy, planning, treasury, insurance, systems development and internal controls, tax settlements, acquisitions and divestitures, project and change management, departmental restructurings and business start-up.

Henry Kutarna
A former driver of TEC (The Executive Committee in Western Canada), Henry is now running the Alberta Deal Generators network for Southern Alberta. He has varied experience in tourism and real estate as well as having consulted to numerous companies.
Henry Kutarna brings a wealth of experience and a unique background to ReservEase. In addition to his responsibilities as southern Alberta Manager for ADG, Henry is Chairman of a private family investment fund concentrating on manufacturing and real estate. Some highlights of his previous experience include holding positions as Deputy Minister of Economic Development, President of the Saskatchewan Diversification Corporation, and a Deputy Minister of Social Services. He operates The Executive Advisor, a consultant group working with corporations and not-for-profit organizations in executive coaching, advisory services, board governance, deal making, and other business development.
Henry has served on numerous private and public boards, as well as on many not for profit and charitable boards. He is known as an executive coach and mentor. He is an executive in residence at the Banff Centre for Leadership, has led CEO forums for The Executive Committee and was president and CEO of the Calgary Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Ed Romanowski
Ed’s tourism and hospitality career spans over 30 years in government, management consulting, business start-ups, development, and operations. Ed is an accomplished executive responsible for implementing hundreds of development, marketing, operations, financing, organization development, and planning projects for resorts, hotels and tourism projects principally in Alberta and British Columbia. Ed has guided and overseen Bellstar’s growth from only one resort property under management in 2004 to nine in 2008. All of these are condo resorts where consumers have purchased whole or fractional units and contract Bellstar to manage the property and operate a hotel resort. Bellstar’s most acclaimed condo resort development is Spirit Ridge Vineyard Resort & Spa in Osoyoos, B.C. It is uniquely located in Canada’s desert, next to Nk’Mip Cellars, vineyards, Sonora Dunes Golf Course, Canada’s warmest lake and the Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre. In its second year of operation, Spirit Ridge achieved a 4.5 Star Canada Select rating. Bellstar is currently developing and marketing over $250 million of resort units in three destinations.
