How Does ReservEase Compare to Other Online Offerings?

Reservease Fees
The primary focus of ReservEase is to provide Vacation Rentals, Bed and Breakfasts, and other Small Hotels a robust and feature rich online room reservation system for FREE or as low as possible. We support ourselves by charging the customer s small online booking convenience fee (our research has shown customers don’t mind paying this very small fee) and by charging the hotel a very small commission just for covering our processing costs. However, these fees will only be charged if you use our online Merchant Account as outlined below.
ReservEase can collect the credit card details from the customer if required for manual reservation request and confirmation.
Fees:
a) Hotel – Free, No fees or commissions charged to Hotel.
b) Customer – Free, No fees charged to the customer.
Module 2: FREE Property Management System with Instant Online Booking Using Hotels Own Online Merchant account.
If you do not have an online Merchant Account we can set up your Hotel with an Online Merchant Account which means that you simply pay the transactions costs to the merchant processor like you do for your offline credit card transactions.
Customers can book a room online instantly using a credit card. ReservEase will build the API to Hotels Merchant Account Provider; Accepts Deposits in Real time.
Fees:
a) Hotel – Free, No fees or commissions charged to Hotel by ReservEase.
b) Customer – No fees charged to the customer by ReservEase.

Based on a 10% Room Deposit Requirement.
a) Fees Charged to the Hotel by ReservEase = 1% of Total Reservation Amount

Note: Small Hotels have the flexibility to set room reservation deposit requirements but fees charged to the Small Hotel will change accordingly (from 1% - 5%) depending on the required reservation deposit amount
